Our integrated dispute submission process avoids you spending hours poring over previous emails and documents, then hours uploading an array of assets, evidence and documented interactions via the TDS portal. Instead, we gather and prepare everything during the process. So, if a tenancy does end up going to dispute, all you have to add is any additional evidence or documents not previously added to our system and submit. Hours of tiresome work gone- instead. minutes (or sometimes just seconds) of effort.
For TDS Custodial clients, we prepare all of the files and documents ready to upload via the TDS portal, substantially reducing the work involved. We are working with TDS to integrate the Custodial Dispute submission process and hope to announce this release soon.
