Our integration imports all transactional data and documents when a tenancy end is confirmed; our ‘import wizard’ ensures this is accurate and complete; we push Checkout Reports into Reapit; we relay tenant forwarding addresses, our Reconciliation Report is pushed to Reapit, we can trigger a ‘refund task’ within Reapit and finally, our Completion Report is transferred.

Confirming a tenancy conclusion, or ‘end confirmed’ date, within Reapit triggers the following integration features:

The Depositary creates a ‘Completion Report’ (a full overview of the entire tenancy conclusion transaction/process, including action & email logs) and pushes this document into the Tenancy record within Reapit for due diligence record keeping

Checkout Reports captured by our platform are pushed to the Reapit Tenancy record (if not already there)

Reconciliation Report- when the deposit is ready to be reconciled/refunded, we create a full Reconciliation Report (for Insured deposits that will also include the allocation of funds and bank details for tenants due a refund) and push this into the Reapit tenancy record, ready for your Accounts Team
Reconciliation Ready Alert- once we have transferred the Reconciliation Report, we can trigger a designated task within Reapit to alert your Accounts Team that everything is ready & waiting for them within Reapit
